The Uco Valley is located in the Mendoza province and is considered one of the best wine regions in Argentina. The Mother Rock, our Icon Rock, formed millions of years ago, gives rise to the soils that rest on it.
It is visible in the Andes Mountains and immerses to the east in the Uco Valley, reaching great depths.
The soils formed from the Icon Rock of the Andes are stony in the western part of the Valley, formed by alluvium, and fine and deep in the lower part of the Valley where they are of fluvial origin. Its altitude combined with a wide temperature range between day and night climate results in a fertile area, ideal to cultivate wines of excellent ripeness and concentration of fruits, providing deep colors, intense aromas and pleasant flavors.
